Limited Warranty

As part of our dedication to excellence, all of our items are covered by a limited warranty: one year for leather products and six months for stones/jewels used in our designs.

• Leather Products: Our leather collars, leashes, and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• Stones/Jewels: Any embellishments, including stones or jewels used in our products, are covered by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• If any of our products fail to function properly due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to exposure to water, including sea water.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage from chewing, biting, or other destructive pet behavior.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@bruniboi.com with proof of purchase and photographs of the product. Once the defect is verified, we will proceed with the repair or replacement at no cost.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
